I feel happy

It is always great to feel happy. Everyone likes that feeling. Even when times are difficult, it is OK to do things you enjoy and that make you happy.

Some things you can do to feel happy

Put photos on your bedroom wall of things that make you feel happy – photos of people, pets, places, and things you like.

Write on the calendar something that you are really looking forward to.

Make a playlist of songs that make you happy and keep playing them.

It makes me feel really happy when I spend time playing with my dog. Watching her jump around makes me laugh.
